  • The product or service must not meet the description provided at the time of purchase.

Refund requests for any reason outside the above criteria may not be honoured.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are non-refundable at all times:

  • Subscription fees or renewals for memberships or content access plans.
  • Digital products, including eBooks, downloadable materials, or templates.
  • Payment plans or instalments facilitated through third-party services like Klarna.

 

4. How to Request a Refund (Within 30 Days)

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue or reason for the request

Our team will review your request within 7 business days and provide a resolution

5. Payment Plans & Klarna

For customers using Klarna or other extended payment options:

  • Payment obligations remain as per the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds (if applicable within 30 days) will only cover the amount paid directly to Five Loaves Project and not third-party service fees.

6. No Refunds After 30 Days

After 30 days from the date of purchase, all transactions are final. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, terms, and conditions before completing your purchase.
